Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

The Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum lays down a secure foundation by supporting, fostering, promoting and developing seven areas of learning. All seven areas are equally important and interrelated. Three areas are particularly crucial for igniting children's curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, and for building their capacity to learn, form relationships and thrive. These three areas are the prime areas. They comprise:

Communication and Language.

Physical Development.

Personal, Social and Emotional Development.

Children are also supported through four specific areas, through which the three prime areas are strengthened and applied. The specific areas are:

These areas are developed through planned, purposeful play with a balance of adult-led and child-initiated activities. The Early Years Foundation Stage practice guidance provides a continuum of development in each of the seven areas, culminating in the.

Integrated enrichment activities

We will incorporate activities with in their curriculum such as:

Teaches our little children to learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement, build concentration, increase their confidence and positive self-image, feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group and to have an alternative to tuning out through constant attachment to electronic devices. Breathing exercises help kids connect to how their bodies feel as a result of deep breathing. Balancing poses teach children focus increasing attention naturally, even in children who struggle with different attention challenges.

This program helps create awareness in the body and provides children a way to express themselves, building a strong connection between what they hear and what they do.

Children learn musical and social skills in a stimulating environment where they can express their creative talents whilst developing confidence. Songs are simple and allow the children to join in quickly (giving a sense of achievement) whilst teaching all of the key elements of music in a fun and inspiring way. We create, compose, improvise, play along, take turns, listen and explore sounds and voices. Learning and play through music also encourages the development of fine motor skills, such as the first grasp and the forefinger and thumb grasp. Reaching for and picking up instruments also helps in the development of hand-eye coordination as well as strength, balance and agility.

Our music room and associated resources have been designed to ensure our children get the most from each of their music lessons. The room is fully equipped with a Piano, puppets corner and children’s favorite musical instruments such as the Triangle, Tambourine, Maracas, Guiro, Xylophone and much more.

Parents are invited to participate in several music sessions here at the nursery held on different occasions such as Mummy & Me sessions, graduation and end of term parties held at the end of each term.

Arabic is a compulsory component of your child’s future within schools across the UAE. As we are preparing your child for school, we have a dedicated Arabic teacher who supports the teddy 3 and teddy 4 children within their classroom settings.

Our program works alongside the nursery curriculum, focusing on the shapes, colors, numbers and letters that are being taught by the teacher. The learning for these

Little Help Program is an integrated part of Enrichment Program. Our dedicated learning support teacher provides one on one and small group work activities with the children using a wide range of materials & activities already setup in our Learning Area. Such activities focus on practical life, art & creativity, sensorial, math and language.

Extended Care Curriculum

We provide extended care. Extension classes give children more time to play at the nursery while allowing their parents more flexible drop-off and pick-up times. Monthly rates are based on the number of days attended per week. If space is available, drop-in spots may also be reserved on a per-use basis.
